Available in a range of metallic shades including the increasingly popular rose gold, these lustre dusts can be used on anything from sugarpaste to chocolate to give a gorgeous colour and bright, metallic shine.

These lustre dusts are ideal for sugar flower bouquets or finishing brooches, clasps and buckles for shoe and handbag cakes.

They can also be used to get an authentic finish on edible jewellery decorations as well as onto modelling paste to highlight areas of your cake toppers.

The lustre dust can be brushed straight onto sugarpaste, modelling paste etc or mixed with high strength alcohol or rejuvenator spirit to form an edible paint, suitable for painting larger areas of cake as well as hand painting messages and other bespoke artwork.

The lustre dusts are suitable for use on: Sugarpaste/fondant, flower paste, chocolate, modelling chocolate, modelling paste, buttercream, royal icing, marzipan and more.
