Each packet makes over 50 meringues so it’s ideal for wedding favours, edible gifts or something sweet for last-minute guests. A great time-saving mix to have in your kitchen. Just add water, whisk, pipe and bake!

Simply pipe the mixture into your chosen shapes, from nests and kisses to stars and swirls, then get creative with toppings and presentation. Sandwich meringue kisses together with fresh cream or buttercream, crumble them into desserts or dip them in chocolate.

The mix is available in five natural flavours: Vanilla, Lemon, Raspberry and Strawberry.
