This isomalt is a natural sweetener with 50% less calories than white sugar, a great alternative for use.
It’s great for a variety of purposes, from sweetening your desserts or cakes, to moulding and various sugar work. With the small granules, these can be easily added to your recipes, or melted.
This isomalt will melt clear, and can be easily coloured with gel pastes. The super size of 1kg means it is great for large amounts of sugar work, and is very economical, saving you a lot of money over the course of the tub!

CAUTION: Hot isomalt will stick to skin and cause severe burns. Wear specialist gloves and protective equipment at all times and aim to melt in small amounts. Keep away from children.
PLEASE NOTE: Ocassional the Isomalt Granules may melt together slightly in transit. This is not a problem as they can be remelted without issue.
How to use:
To melt, simply pour into a microwave safe bowl and heat in the microwave in 30 seconds intervals, stirring in between. Once melted you can work with the Isomalt the same way you would with sugar. The Isomalt will melt clear and can then be easily coloured with gel paste.
