PME – Edible Lustre Snow 10g

This beautiful new lustre range from PME perfects the art of applying edible glitter/dust, featuring a tall but thin bottle with a fine metal mesh to the top for perfect and even coverage when sprinkling.

The lustre dust sits perfectly on cakes, whether it’s sprinkled directly on sugarpaste, flower paste, royal icing, ganache, chocolate or buttercream. Lustre Snow doesn’t dissolve like regular sugar would, making the shimmer last from decoration to the very last bite. It can even be sprinkled on top of hot drinks, making it perfect for coffee art. Just grab a stencil and add some instant bling to frothy cappuccinos!

Lustre Snow colours can be mixed with alcohol or rejuvenator spirit to form a paint.
