ROXY & RICH – Water Soluble Food Colour Dusts 25g – E171 Free

Give your cakes a burst of colour with our collection of Roxy & Rich Water Soluble Dusts.

This dust is 100% edible, and is the perfect choice to use for water-based food products, providing your creations with a stunning finishing touch and a gorgeous overall shine.

It’s great to show off to the competition, as these products are more intense than your average colouring, providing the deepest hues and vibrant matte tones.

Water-soluble dusts are incredibly easy to use, simply dissolving in water or propylene glycol. This product can be used to colour sugar paste/fondant, modelling paste, florist paste, marzipan, almond paste, buttercream, piping gel, royal icing, cake mix, macaroons, cookie dough, pastry and candy. It cannot, however, be used with chocolate.

Please note that all of our soluble dusts need to be dissolved in water or propylene glycol before adding to any food product. Without doing so, the colour will be transferred but the dust will produce large particles that will not dissolve.

For airbrushing, we recommend dissolving the dust in vodka, water-sugar, water-PG.

These colourants are extremely highly concentrated and therefore super cost-effective and long-lasting. Just the tip of a knife of is enough to colour a 1-litre solution.

Each pot contains 25g.

Please note that colours may appear different in the pot than how they apply. This is perfectly normal. We advise testing a swatch so you can see what the final results will be. To get the most vibrant colours, we advise mixing with alcohol, lemon extract or rejuvenator spirit to make a paint.
