The Roxy & Rich Fat Dispersible Dust range is the perfect way to colour any type of oil based decorating medium including chocolate, candy melts, candies, pastry coatings and buttercream.
The dusts are all natural, derived from vegetable and mineral sources encapsulated in a rice protein, and yet still provide that brilliant, vivid colour that Roxy & Rich dusts are so well known for.
The Natural Fat Dispersible dusts colour instantly with a matte finish, but won’t change the consistency of your chocolate/candy melts etc. so there won’t be any unexpected problems when colouring.
Another great thing is that the dusts won’t bleed. For example, if you have two different colours of chocolate next to each other, the colours won’t blend into each other, each colour will remain separate.
Whilst the dusts will still work on milk or dark chocolate, for best results we recommend using white chocolate.
