Ready To Use Ganache 260g

Perfect for covering, filling, and decorating!

This delicious, ready to use ganache is versatile, super smooth and very easy to use – you can cover, fill and decorate your cakes all with the same product. Not only that, it is great to flavour ice cream and use as a chocolate filling.

FunCakes ready to use ganache is available in two flavours: dark chocolate and white chocolate.

Each pot contains 260g of ganache.

Instructions:
For chocolate filling: mix the product with a mixer to get the ganache light, airy and suitable for piping.

For covering and piping: heat the product in the microwave for 1 minute at 340W or warm au bain marie to get the right consistency.

For a buttercream or soft chocolate/cake filling: mix 150g softened butter with the product for 5 minutes on high speed.

Ingredients:
Dark Chocolate: vegetable fat (palm, shea), vegetable oil (rapeseed), sugar, skimmed cocoa powder, skimmed MILK powder, emulsifier: E322 (SOYA), flavouring (vanillin).
White Chocolate: vegetable fat (palm, shea), sugar, MILK powder (skimmed), cream powder, emulsifier: E322 (SOY), flavouring.
