Multi Ribbon Tool

Use this five piece cutter set to create perfect, uniform ribbon strips from fondant, sugar paste, marzipan, gumpaste and much more. 

The set comes with four cutting wheels, two stitch wheels, two large spacers and two small spacers. By reversing the cutting wheels, you also have the option of mini spacers.

Instructions:

• Dust your work surface, and roll out your sugarpaste, or other chosen material to your desired thickness. Rub the cutter’s wheels with a little vegetable fat, to prevent the sugar paste from sticking to them.
• Piece together your cutter, by placing the wheels and spacers on the central frame, until you reach the width you require. There are a variety of different sized spacers, and also plain or wavy cutters to choose from, or simply use a combination of both! To lock these in place, tighten the handles completely, then unwind until the wheels can freely move. This usually takes unwinding it approximately half a turn. Take care not to unwind them too much, as it can cause the wheels to move about whilst in use.
• This cutter set can cut widths of between 3mm and 50mm, meaning it is perfect for a lot of applications, including bows and ribbons, drapes, fabric effects, or anything that requires just a strip of sugar paste!
