This sugarpaste is a great choice for covering cakes, due to it’s excellent workability before setting.

If used with CMC, the sugarpaste will dry firmer, making it a good choice for moulding too.

This sugarpaste is very flexible, and can cover any cake, no matter the shape or size, and you’ll always get crisp, perfect corners. It is also easy to roll out, requires very little kneading, and doesn’t crack when drying, making this an excellent sugarpaste for beginners and experts alike!

This sugarpaste dries softer than other brands, making it great for cupcakes. If you would like this to dry firmer, or you want to use this in moulds, add 1-2 teaspoons (approx. 5ml) of CMC or gum tragacanth to every 500g of sugarpaste you’re using. Mix this through thoroughly, and it will dry firmer, and also a little quicker too.
