Create beautiful caramel-flavoured drizzles and drips with FunCakes’ Gold Melts.
These chocolate melts are ideal for creating chocolate decorations, glazes, drizzles, drips, chocolate bonbons and more. Also great for dipping – strawberries, marshmallows – whatever you fancy!
Made from real Belgian chocolate, with a mouth-watering caramel flavour, these melts will also give off rich tones of toffee, butter and cream. The perfect accompaniment to so many chocolate treats.
Can easily be melted in the microwave or au bain-marie.
Instructions:
1. Pour the melts in a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Melt at maximum power (±800W) in the microwave. To evenly spread the temperature, remove the bowl from the microwave every 15/20 seconds and stir well. Repeat this approx. 4-6 times and stop heating when the chocolate is almost completely melted (small bits of chocolate may still be visible).
(You can also melt the chocolate au bain-marie. Do make sure that the water doesn’t get into the bowl!)
3. Keep stirring until the chocolate is dissolved. The chocolate is ready to use when it’s nicely fluid.
