The Beau concentrated flavourings can be used in a wide variety of treats including cakes, cupcakes, cookies, ice cream, buttercream, sugarpaste/fondant, royal icing, cake batter, chocolate and much more.
As the flavourings are very strong we recommend only adding a little to your mixture and then increasing in small amounts until you get the intensity of flavour you would like. Try starting with ¼ of a teaspoon and add a little more if required.
