Supreme Silk is a beautifully pliable sugarpaste that is easy to roll and apply first time.

Supreme Silk Platinum Edition, has added isomalt and extra gum for even better performance on taller cake tiers, or intricately shaped cakes. It's also that extra bit stronger than the original, allowing it to roll even thinner and stretch further.

With the amazing flexibility and elasticity, you need not worry about pesky elephant skin, cracking, or tearing. Supreme Silk applies amazingly on all corners and curves - and ideal for taller/deeper cakes.

Suitable for both covering and modelling - simply add tylo powder or gum tragacanth to double up the use as a flower/modelling paste.

Natural white finish and vanilla flavour that is not overly sweet.
