This airbrush colour is ethanol-based, meaning you can spray it onto a huge range of different edible & non-edible mediums - from sugar paste, flower paste, marzipan, fondant, modelling paste, icing, chocolate and more.

Airbrushing is a great alternative to pre-colouring your fondant or chocolate as it allows you to easily cover large areas quickly and easily. You can also create smaller designs, either by spraying by hand or using stencils.
