Safe to eat, our cake glitter is an inert substance that isn't digested by the body and does not colour or flavour the food. Edible Glitter makes the perfect finishing touch for cakes, pastries and sugarcraft.

Please note, like any foodstuff, there is a very small risk of allergic reaction to this product. As the glitter isn't digested (it passes through the body without changing) the risk is very small but as a responsible retailer, we need to raise the point.
