Sephra Waffle & Pancake 12Kg Mix comes in convenient 4x3Kg Bags. All you need is water for this simple and easy recipe. 3Kg of this 12Kg Waffle & Pancake Mix will make approximately 65-75 Lolly Waffles or 30-35 Belgian or Bubble Waffles.

With a super quick bake time and great taste, waffles will bake in only 1 minute.

Waffle Recipe: 1Kg Mix + 800g/1000g Water 

With the excellent yield available with the 'Add Water Only' Mix, Pancakes cost as little as 11p and a large waffles costing only 22p. Excellent margin for any food service business.
