• Saracino is a perfect addition to any bakers kitchen, this fondant is suitable for use with modelling and simply covering cakes.
• With high elasticity this fondant can be rolloed without the worry of cracking.
• Useable without problems even at temperatures above 30°C and high humidity levels
• BBE date at least 3-4 months and often much longer
• can be coloured using quality icing colours such as progels and colour mill products.
