Our sponges are very soft and fluffy and have a great taste. You wont be disappointed!

Most of our sponges are available in both round and square bases.

Our bases are from 6" to 12" wide and 2.5" in deep.

We recommend you order your ready made sponges 1 week prior to decorating. The cakes have a 5 week shelf life from date of baking, and can be frozen for up to three months.

Red Velvet Cake Ingredients: Sugar, Wheat Flour, Egg, Vegetable Oil (Rape), Dextrose, Modified Maize Starch, Glycerine, Cocoa (3%), Raising Agents (E450, E500), Salt, Vanilla flavour, Colours: E124 & E129, Preservative E202, Emulsifiers: Xanthan Gum, Soy Lecithin. Colours E124 and E129 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

May contain: Nuts, Milk. Our red velvet cake recipe is DAIRY FREE - however, it is made in a bakery where milk is used, so is not suitable for those with serious allergies.
