Dulce de Leche - Natural Food Flavouring 15ml

Add the delicious taste of Dulce de Leche to your cakes and other desserts using this Food Flavouring from Foodie Flavours.

This natural food flavouring gives a delicious cream burnt sugar caramel flavour to your cooking and baking, and can be used with various food and drink.

It works great in general cooking/baking, cakes, yogurt, cheesecake, sorbets, drinks (including beer/cider), and ice-cream.

It cannot, however, be used to flavour chocolate.

Please note, this is a professional high strength flavouring product and must be used diluted.

For best results, dilute our dulce de leche flavour into a key wet ingredient (water, milk, egg). Only a few drops are needed, so try about 10 or 20 drops (0.5ml to 1ml) per kg of food and adjust to taste. The 15ml bottle of natural dulce de leche food flavouring contains around 300 drops* of high strength flavouring. If you are baking then please remember that some of the flavour will ‘flash off’ so you may need to increase the dose to compensate.
