Cream Soda - Natural Food Flavouring 15ml

Add the sweet and creamy taste of cream soda to your cakes and other desserts using this Cream Soda Food Flavouring from Foodie Flavours.

This natural food flavouring mixes a creamy sweet floral vanilla with a hint of lemon, providing your desserts with a delicious and classic cream soda flavour.

It works great in general cooking/baking, cakes, yogurt, cheesecake, sorbets, drinks (including beer/cider), and ice-cream.

It cannot, however, be used to flavour chocolate.

Please note, this is a professional high strength flavouring product and must be used diluted.

For best results, dilute our cream soda flavour into a key wet ingredient (water, milk, egg). Only a few drops are needed, so try about 10 or 20 drops (0.5ml to 1ml) per kg of food and adjust to taste. The 15ml bottle of natural cream soda food flavouring contains around 300 drops* of high strength flavouring. If you are baking then please remember that some of the flavour will ‘flash off’ so you may need to increase the dose to compensate.
