This milk chocolate contains 54.5% cocoa, and has a medium bitter, chocolatey taste with a hint of vanilla. Perfect for baking! The unique 'callet' shape of the chocolate allows it to be easily melted and tempered, giving it a much better, glossy finish. The shape allows it to be melted smoothly, and can also be used as chocolate chips for baking!
