Our Square Ganaching Kit is a new innovative way of ganaching your sponge cake with ease.

This kit allows you to ganache in four different size tins: 6″, 7″ 8″ and 9″, and can be used to ganache a 5″, 6″, 7″ and 8″ sponge cake. You will be able to achieve smooth, sharp-edged ganached cakes with less mess, less time and no fuss, regardless of your skill level!

When using your kit, you need to pick a liner that is a size up from the sponge you want to ganache. So for a 6 inch sponge cake, you will need to use the 7 inch liner and use it with an 7 inch cake tin.

Kit Includes:

  • 4 printed height guided liners, all liners are 7 inches tall
  • 4 clips to secure the overlap of the liner
  • A ganache squeeze bottle
  • 4 sets of foam spacers, each cut to size for each side of your tin
  • 6″/7″/8″/9″ square reusable non-stick liner for base of your tin

The Kit can be used with dark, milk, and white chocolate ganache. For white and milk ganache, pop it in the freezer to set quicker and harder for 4-5 hours.

Instructions:

1. Place the foam spacer into the tin and trim if necessary so it fits snug in your tin.
2. Place the liner into the tin.
3. Place your clip where the liner begins and ends, to keep the liner secure.
4. Prepare your ganache and build up your cake layers.
5. Set your cake in the fridge overnight, then carefully turn the tin upside down and remove from the tin.
6. Remove the foam spacer and liner.
