Our Round Ganaching Kit is a new innovative way of ganaching your sponge cake with ease. You will be able to achieve a smooth and symmetrical ganached cake with less mess, less time and no fuss, regardless of your skill level.

Kit Includes:

  • A height guided Liner, all Liners are 7 inches high
  • A non-stick reusable disc to line the bottom of your tin
  • A clip to secure the overlap of the liner
  • A ganache squeeze bottle
  • A food-grade Foam Spacer to give you the correct thickness of ganache

The Kit can be used with dark, milk, and white chocolate ganache. For white and milk ganache, pop it in the freezer to set quicker and harder for 4-5 hours.

When purchasing your kit, you need to pick a liner that is a size up from the sponge you want to ganache. So for an 8 inch cake, you will want to buy a 9 inch liner and use it with a 9 inch tin.

Instructions:

1. Place the foam spacer into the tin and trim if necessary so it fits snug in your tin.
2. Place the liner into the tin.
3. Place your clip where the liner begins and ends, to keep the liner secure.
4. Prepare your ganache and build up your cake layers.
5. Set your cake in the fridge overnight, then carefully turn the tin upside down and remove from the tin.
6. Remove the foam spacer and liner.
