Create outstanding chocolate flowers with speed and ease using this Roses Candy Mould by PME.

The mould contains a selection of rose designs that are ideal for elegant cakes and occasions requiring a touch of class. The mould also comes with a cavity for a stick if you wish to make lollipops.

The mould is made from food grade plastic and is flexible yet durable.

The mould is best used with chocolate or Isomalt however it can be used with many other decorating mediums including marzipan, sugar paste/fondant, modelling chocolate, modelling paste, flower paste or water to make bespoke ice cubes.

How to use:

If using with chocolate, grease the cavities with a little vegetable shortening to help stop the chocolate from sticking. Next, pour your melted chocolate into the mould cavities and leave to set. Place in the fridge or freezer to speed up setting times. Once set, gently flex the mould and push out your chocolates.

If using with another medium such as sugar paste or modelling paste, dust the mould cavities with a little cornflour to stop the paste from sticking, then gently push the paste into the mould. Leave to set as before and then gently push out your shapes. You can then decorate them using edible markers and paint or with lustre and sparkle dust for added glitter and shine.

To clean, hand wash the mould in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Mould is not dishwasher safe.
