Instructions For Use:
Stir well before use. You will need about 120g of paste per 1kg for solid mixes such as Cake and other mixes, Macaron mix, Chocolates, Ganache, Glaze, Creams, Semifreddo and about 100 grams per 1 litre for liquids like milk, ice creams etc. For all mixes simply mix it in before baking. For ice-creams, you can also put it as a topping.

Each pot contains 200g.

Sugar, juice and pulp of raspberries (35%), glucose syrup, acid: citric acid; thickeners: pectine; flavours, colours: anthocyanins, curcumin.
