The cake steamer by PME is ideal for use on projects created with sugarpaste, flower paste or gumpaste.
Use it to steam your cakes, flowers, leaves and modelled figures.
The PME cake steamer can be used to:
- Remove excess icing sugar or cornflour from cakes, making it perfect to use on cakes covered in coloured sugarpaste where white powder marks really stand out
- Revive sugarpaste creating a natural and professional looking shine
- Set petal dusts and lustre dusts that have been brushed onto flowers or models, preventing the coloured dust from rubbing off or spreading to other areas of the cake
- Remove slight imperfections on sugarpaste such as tell-tale finger prints
- It only takes 60 seconds for the PME cake steamer to heat up and release a controlled and constant stream of steam.
For best results use with distilled water in your PME cake steam and keep the steamer a minimum of 15cm away from the item you are steaming.
