These edible lustre dusts are rich in colour and give off a stunning shine when applied to your cakes, giving you professional-looking results every time.

Lustre dusts can be used on various mediums, including sugarpaste, modelling paste, gum paste, flower paste, marzipan, chocolate decorations and royal icing.

Apply directly to your edible decorations with a sugarcraft dusting brush, or mix with rejuvenator spirit or clear alcohol (such as vodka) to create an edible paint.

These dusts are ideal for shading and toning, giving your edible decorations and cake tiers a unique sheen.
