Made from quality food-grade silicone, this mould allows you to bend and manipulate the mould to release your creations in a way that doesn’t damage them, leaving you with professional looking finishes time and time again.
This mould can also be used to make ice pops, ice creams and chocolate lollies.
To clean, wash with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
1. Using a food-safe brush, paint or pour melted candy melts into the cavity, making sure you get every nook and cranny!
2. Insert your cakesicle sticks into the mould.
3. Place in the fridge for 5-10 minutes, or until fully set.
4. Add in your chosen filling, (whether it be gooey caramel, yummy sponge or crumbly biscuit!) and let set in the fridge again if needed.
5. Add a final spread of chocolate or candy melts to seal the back of the cakesicle and place in the fridge until set.
Once your cakesicles have set, try painting with coloured cocoa butter or spraying with Spectrum Flow Airbrush Colours for your own customised finish.
