ATECO – Standard Couplers x 4

These are incredibly handy little gadgets and a must have for all cake decorators, saving them time and money.

Couplers allow the decorator to change similar sized tubes without emptying the contents of the decorating bag.

Instructions

To fit the coupler to your piping bag, unscrew the 2 parts of the coupler. Pop the male adaptor into your piping bag facing downwards and snip the top of the bag so that the coupler sits securely inside. Fit your piping nozzle to the top of the coupler from the outside of the piping bag and screw on the female part of the coupler to secure your nozzle in place. You can then fill your piping bag with buttercream, royal icing etc. and change your nozzle with ease throughout your project without having to change the whole piping bag.
